Plans and Billing

EasyAgentIDX is billed monthly. All plans renew on a month-to-month basis. There are no annual or yearly billing options.

Plan tiers

MLS board fees

• A $99 one-time setup fee is charged per board at the time of the request. This fee covers the MLS approval process. It is not a widget setup service.
• Each additional board beyond the one included in your plan costs $79/month.

AHV add-on pricing

Automated Home Valuations (AHV) is a standalone product. No IDX plan required. It activates immediately after purchase.

Brokerage add-ons

• Additional team seats: $10/month per seat (5 included).
• Additional approved domains: $29/month per domain, plus a $99 one-time MLS approval fee per domain (1 domain included).

Upgrades

Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The cost difference for the remainder of the current billing period is prorated and charged to your card on file.

Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features of your current plan until then.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. MLS data delivery stops immediately upon cancellation as required by MLS rules.

Refund policy

EasyAgentIDX payments are non-refundable. The only exception is when the MLS approval process cannot be completed and your service cannot be activated. For the full policy and how to request a refund, see the Refund Policy.

Free trials

EasyAgentIDX does not offer free trials or demo accounts. Activating IDX service requires MLS approval and creates immediate data-provider, activation, and other third-party costs. Public live demonstrations are available before purchase so you can evaluate the product before committing.
