Listing Detail Page

Create a property page and connect it to search, grid, carousel and map widgets.

The Listing Detail Page widget renders the property selected by another widget. Place it on a dedicated page on your website.

Create and connect the page

Create a published page such as /property-detail in your website builder.
Create a Listing Detail Page widget in EAI and embed it on that page.
Configure the supported gallery, property, contact and tour-request sections.
Enter the page URL in the Listing Detail Page URL field of the widgets that should open it.
Open a property from your search page to test the connection.

The widget reads the listing identifier passed in the URL. Keep the configured ID parameter consistent with the generated links.

Optional property information

Schools, weather, walk scores and nearby information depend on the integrations and data available to your account. Configure the corresponding services under Settings > Integrations. Available sections can vary by property.

Inquiries and showing requests

Enable the forms you want to display and check Settings > Forms for the contact fields and recipients. A showing submission is a request for follow-up, rather than a confirmed appointment.

Check the finished page

Open a live property through the connected search or listing widget. Check the photos, MLS attribution, navigation and inquiry. A blank detail page without a selected property does not mean the embed is broken.
