MLS Boards
Every EasyAgentIDX plan includes one MLS board connection. To display live listings from a board, EasyAgentIDX submits a data feed application on your behalf and manages the technical connection once approved.
The approval process
- Navigate to MLS Boards in your dashboard and click Request a Board.
- Select your board from the catalog and confirm your MLS membership details.
- EasyAgentIDX submits your application to the MLS data department.
- The MLS reviews your application. Approval typically takes 3-14 business days depending on the board.
- You receive an email confirmation when access is granted and your feed goes live.
Note
During the approval period you may be contacted through the dashboard message thread to provide additional documentation such as MLS membership verification or an agent license copy. Check your dashboard messages regularly.Fees
- A $99 one-time setup fee is charged per board at the time of the request. This covers the application processing and initial technical integration.
- Each additional board beyond the one included in your plan costs $79/month.
- The one board included in your plan has no additional monthly fee.
Multiple boards
Starter and Pro plans support one included board plus as many additional boards as needed at $79/month each. Brokerage plans include unlimited boards. Multiple board connections are useful for agents who work across board boundaries or brokerages with offices in multiple MLS regions.
