Webhooks
Webhooks let you receive real-time HTTP notifications when events occur in your EasyAgentIDX account. Use them to sync leads with your CRM, trigger automations, or build custom workflows.
Available events
lead.created- a new lead was captured through any widget.lead.updated- an existing lead record was modified in the dashboard.valuation.created- a homeowner or API request completed an AHV valuation.search.saved- a registered visitor saved a property search.visitor.registered- a visitor created an account through a widget registration gate.
Registering an endpoint
- Navigate to Developer - Webhooks.
- Click Add Webhook.
- Paste your POST URL. The URL must be publicly accessible and respond with a 2xx status code.
- Select the events you want to receive.
- Save the endpoint and copy its signing secret immediately.

}Signature verification
Every webhook request includes signature, timestamp, event, and delivery ID headers. Verify the timestamp and HMAC before parsing or processing the payload.
Your webhook secret is shown once when you create the endpoint. Store it in an environment variable, not in your source code.
Retry policy
If your endpoint returns a non-2xx response or times out (after 10 seconds), EasyAgentIDX retries the delivery up to 3 times after approximately 1 minute, 5 minutes, and 15 minutes. Use the stable delivery ID for idempotency.
See the Developer Platform webhook guide for the complete signing algorithm, security requirements, and server example.
