Next.js starter

Your Next.js foundation for IDX.

Start with App Router, server-only environment variables, search, results, listing detail, inquiry capture, structured metadata, error states, and compliance components.

Compliance by default

Build the rules into the interface.

Use board-specific cache limits and listing-level flags for logos, attribution, disclaimers, and update timestamps. Reusable components make reviews repeatable.

A clear path to MLS access

We handle the approval process. You focus on the build.

Add the licensed agent or broker during checkout. We coordinate the MLS application and keep its status in your dashboard.

Approval typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Some boards approve sooner, including in 1 or 2 days or the same day. Timing and permitted uses are determined by each MLS, not guaranteed.

  1. 01

    Connect the member

Provide the licensed agent or broker and MLS details for the account.

  2. 02

    Follow the approval

We coordinate the application, agreements and required information.

  3. 03

    Start building

Use the EAI API after your website is verified and the approved feed is active.

Monthly production plans compared. EasyAgentIDX and Repliers pricing is for one MLS board. MLS approval, licensing, additional coverage, and board charges may affect the total. Features shown for Repliers are Standard unless an upgrade is named. Home valuation add-ons have separate usage allowances.

This compares the named MLS products and plans, not every service each company offers. Data API exclusions refer to built-in customer platform tools, not listing-change replication. Bridge licensing fees are set by the MLS or data provider. Its separately approved Zillow datasets can include Zestimates. HomeThread is an upcoming app, not yet released.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which languages and frameworks can I use?

Use any server environment that supports HTTPS requests, including Node.js, Python, PHP, and Next.js. Connect it to a frontend built with React, Vue, Svelte, or your preferred framework. The examples above show the same search across five options.

Do I have to choose between widgets and the API?

No. The same approved website can use widgets where speed matters and API resources where you want complete interface control.

What can I build with Pro?

Build custom property search, listing pages, lead workflows, and connected tools for your approved website and deployment. Pro includes the documented single-site API resources. Brokerage adds multi-site and team capabilities. Agency Partner adds delegated client workspace access.

Can I use the MLS API without the platform features?

Yes. Use MLS search, listing detail, typeahead, and compliance metadata with your own interface and user accounts. Add EasyAgentIDX leads, widgets, analytics, or valuation resources when they fit your product.

How does the API connect to HomeThread?

Pro and higher include HomeThread when the app launches. The public API currently returns collection summaries with property, feedback and showing counts, subject to the HomeThread release gate. Invitations and collaboration changes use the separately authenticated HomeThread flows. The platform resource reference lists the operations available today.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Your custom interface can use your own design and branding. That is separate from Agency Partner white-label administration for hosted client workspaces. MLS attribution and display requirements still apply.

Can I build with an AI coding assistant?

Yes. Give your coding assistant the OpenAPI contract, API docs, and MLS compliance guide to build against documented resources and display rules. The Next.js starter provides a working foundation for search, listing pages, and lead capture.

How does MLS compliance work?

The API returns listing compliance fields and a website-level compliance resource. Your interface must render required attribution and follow the supplied cache lifetime and display rules.

Build your way

Your design. Your domain. One complete real estate platform.
