Home Valuations

The Automated Home Valuation (AHV) widget lets homeowners enter their property address and receive an instant estimate. In exchange, you capture their contact information as a new lead.

What the AHV widget does

The widget provides an address autocomplete field powered by your MLS data. After a homeowner enters their address, the platform retrieves comparable recent sales, runs an automated valuation model, and displays an estimated value range. The homeowner can then download a PDF report with their contact details, and that contact record appears in your leads dashboard.

Lead gate flow

  1. Homeowner types their address into the widget search field.
  2. A loading animation plays while the valuation processes (typically 2-3 seconds).
  3. A contact form gate appears before the result is revealed.
  4. The homeowner enters their name, email, and phone number.
  5. The valuation result and download button are revealed.
  6. You receive an email notification and a new lead record is created.

Note

Each completed lead capture step that reveals a report counts as one credit from your monthly AHV credit allotment.

Plans and credit allotments

AHV is a standalone product. No IDX plan required. It can also be added to any IDX plan (Starter, Pro, or Brokerage). Three credit tiers are available:

  • Basic - $29/mo, 100 credits per month.
  • Plus - $59/mo, 200 credits per month.
  • Pro - $129/mo, 500 credits per month.

See the Credit System page for details on what counts as a credit, duplicate prevention, and what happens when your credits are exhausted.

Purchasing AHV

AHV can be purchased from the Pricing page or from Billing > Add-ons in your dashboard. After purchase you can create a valuation widget and generate an embed code immediately.

Note

API Access for Developers. Pro and higher accounts with the AHV add-on can access all valuation endpoints programmatically via the Valuations API. This includes address autocomplete, property info lookup, AVM estimate submission, and valuation history retrieval. Agency Partners can also provision client accounts with API access. View the Valuations API reference.

Credit allocation for agency clients

When an Agency Partner provisions a client with AHV access, the client receives their own credit allotment. The agency pays for the subscription, but credits are tracked and consumed per client account, not from a shared agency pool.

Credit usage notifications (at 50%, 80%, and 100%) are routed to the agency partner administrator, since the agency manages billing for their clients. See the Credit System page for full details.
