Agency Billing
Understand saved-card purchases, independent client renewals and payment recovery.
Your agency card
Add a card during approved account setup. It is verified for future purchases and is not charged until you onboard your first client. Update the card through your agency billing controls when needed.
Client purchases and renewals
Adding a client charges the agency card immediately for the confirmed order. Each client subscription then renews on its own billing date. EAI does not combine every client into one monthly bulk bill.
The order review separates initial onboarding costs from recurring service and applicable board supplier fees. Subscription billing begins at client onboarding, including while an MLS approval is pending. Review current rates under Agency > Partner pricing.
Your client pricing
Set the price your agency charges the client and manage that billing through your own system. EAI's agency charges and your client invoices are separate. ChatSpark also has its own subscription and billing.
Failed payments
A failed renewal immediately stops the affected data services and widget display. Payment-recovery notices for agency-managed service go to the agency owner. Update the payment method and complete the outstanding payment. Services return after payment succeeds.
Cancellation
Cancel the service from the client's available subscription controls. It continues until the end of its paid period, then data services and widget display stop. Payments are non-refundable and monetary account credits are not provided.
If the client will continue directly with EAI, follow Client Transfers before the service boundary rather than treating cancellation as a transfer.
