Demo Widgets and Leads

Customize demo widgets, connect the visitor journey and review all demo activity in one place.

Create the three core widgets

1. Full Search Page. Create and embed the full search experience on your demo search page.
2. Homepage Search Bar. Configure the compact search and connect it to that search page.
3. Listing Detail Page. Embed the property detail widget on its dedicated page and connect the other widgets to it.

The guided flow helps connect these pages. After completion, use the widget catalog for grids, carousels, maps, counters, neighborhoods, visitor accounts, calculators and Home Valuations.

Customize and embed

Open a widget's customizer to set the supported colors, corners, card styling and widget-specific controls. Use the preview, save and copy its demo embed code. Install it on your verified demo website using the Embedding Guide.

Demo requests use EAI's hosted demo API. Keep the generated loader and public embed key as supplied. A normal customer's API token or separate client subscription is not needed for these demo embeds.

Use the demo team

Team widgets use a fixed fictional broker and five agents with matching profile photos. A Team Roster shows the demonstration team. For an Agent Profile, select the demo person in the customizer. The demo roster is not editable and is separate from agency employees or paid client agents.

Test visitor features

Visitors can use supported registration, saved searches, favorites, inquiries and valuation features on the published, verified Demo Site. Configure the demo's visitor-page URLs and registration controls before testing. Saved-search alerts depend on the visitor's selected preferences and valid delivery details.

Customizer previews do not submit public demo forms. Test submissions from the published demo website.

Review Demo Leads

Open Demo Site > Leads for demo contacts, property context and activity. Demo inquiries use the notification email configured for that site. They do not enter a paid client's lead records or CRM pipeline.

Home Valuations demos have separate usage limits. They do not consume a paid client's credits. If a limit is reached, try again after the allowance resets.

If a preview or embed is unavailable

Check the saved page URLs, domain verification, required notices and search-engine checks. For a map, check the site's Google Maps key and its referrer restrictions. A deleted or revoked demo no longer serves data through its old widget keys.
