What is HomeThread?
HomeThread is a private mobile home search experience for agents, brokers and their invited buyers. Collections, listing feedback, conversations and showing requests stay together, with your branding throughout the connected experience.
When will HomeThread be available?
HomeThread is coming soon to iOS and Android.
Which plans include HomeThread?
HomeThread is included with Pro, Brokerage, Agency Partner and Enterprise when the app launches. Starter remains widget-only and does not include HomeThread.
Do buyers need an EasyAgentIDX account?
No. Buyers receive a private invitation from their agent and verify their email with a six-digit code. They use HomeThread as clients, not the EasyAgentIDX customer dashboard.
How do invitations and onboarding work?
An agent sends a private invitation to the buyer's email. Invitation links expire after 48 hours. After email verification, the buyer can save their name and search preferences in six short steps, or save and explore sooner. Preferences remain editable.
Can I use my own logo and brand color?
Yes. Authorized account and agent settings supply the connected HomeThread branding. The default app identity is HomeThread. Buyers see your business branding, not an EasyAgentIDX-branded interface.
Where does the property data come from?
Homes come from your active, approved EasyAgentIDX MLS connection. Board-specific display requirements still apply. HomeThread withholds listing content when the account or MLS display rights are no longer active.
How are showing requests handled?
Buyers request a preferred date and time with optional notes. A request is pending until the agent verifies availability and confirms an appointment. HomeThread does not book an appointment with an external showing service.
How does Concierge help agents?
Concierge brings a selected client's preferences, feedback and recent conversations into search summaries and follow-up drafts. Agents can review and edit a draft before sharing it in a collection. Activity-based next steps help agents spot a growing shortlist, a quiet search or feedback worth revisiting. Concierge conversations and next steps stay private to the assigned agent.
Is there a separate subscription?
HomeThread is part of eligible EasyAgentIDX plans when released. There is no separate HomeThread subscription. Your existing platform plan and MLS approvals continue to apply.
