1. IDX Data Attribution
Real estate listing information displayed through EasyAgentIDX services is provided under the Internet Data Exchange (“IDX”) programs of participating Multiple Listing Services (“MLS”). Listing content is owned by the MLS and/or the listing brokers who contributed it, and is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
2. Listing Broker Attribution
Listings displayed through IDX include the name of the listing brokerage as required by each MLS. The broker providing this data believes it to be correct, but advises interested parties to confirm all information before relying on it in a purchase decision. Properties displayed may be listed by brokerages other than the website owner.
3. Accuracy of Information
All listing information, including price, status, square footage, lot size, taxes, schools, and property features, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listing data is refreshed periodically in accordance with each MLS’s data-freshness rules, but may not reflect the most recent changes. Some properties that appear for sale may no longer be available.
4. Permitted Consumer Use
IDX listing data is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use to identify prospective properties for purchase. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, retransmission, scraping, or compilation, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the applicable MLS and listing broker.
5. Board-Specific Requirements
Each MLS board imposes its own display and attribution requirements, including required disclaimers, listing broker display formats, sold-data display windows, and data-freshness rules. EasyAgentIDX renders the disclaimers and attribution required by each connected board automatically alongside listing data. Website owners must not remove, alter, or obscure these notices.

All real estate advertised through the Services is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
