Valuation Address Search

Find a property from a partial street address. Suggestions include the property identifier used by the Property and Valuations endpoints. Address search does not consume a valuation credit.

Access requirements

Use a site-bound Pro or higher key with valuations:read, an active MLS approval, and an active Home Valuations add-on for that website. An agency client also needs the delegated AHV product.

q accepts 2 to 200 characters. A shorter query or no matching addresses returns an empty array.

Send the selected rupid to GET /valuations/property/:rupid for property details or POST /valuations for an estimate. Do not substitute a Google Places identifier.
