Zapier
EasyAgentIDX connects to Zapier through its outbound webhook system. When a lead is captured or a valuation is completed, EasyAgentIDX sends a POST request to any URL you register, including Zapier catch hook URLs. Available on Pro, Brokerage, and Agency Partner plans.
How it works
Zapier provides a unique catch hook URL for each Zap you create. You paste that URL into EasyAgentIDX as a webhook endpoint. EasyAgentIDX then delivers events to it in real time, and Zapier routes the data to whatever app you configure as the action.
Setting up a Zap
- Go to zapier.com and create a new Zap.
- For the trigger, choose Webhooks by Zapier and select Catch Hook.
- Copy the unique webhook URL that Zapier generates.
- In EasyAgentIDX, go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks.
- Click Add Endpoint, paste your Zapier URL, and select which events to send.
- Back in Zapier, click Test trigger to confirm EasyAgentIDX can reach the hook. Submit a test lead from your dashboard if needed.
- Configure your Zapier action (for example, create a row in Google Sheets) and turn on the Zap.
Available events
- lead.created - fires whenever a new lead is captured through any widget.
- lead.updated - fires when a lead record is updated.
- valuation.created - fires when a homeowner completes the AHV contact form.
- visitor.registered - fires when a visitor creates an account through a widget.
- search.saved - fires when a visitor saves a search.
Example: New Lead to Google Sheets
- Trigger: Catch Hook in Webhooks by Zapier (registered in EasyAgentIDX as a webhook endpoint).
- Action: Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets.
- Map the lead fields (name, email, phone, address) to your spreadsheet columns.
- Turn on the Zap and submit a test lead to confirm data flows through.
Note
If your Zap does not receive a test event, check that your webhook endpoint is set to active in Settings > Integrations > Webhooksand that the correct events are selected.
