Getting Started
EasyAgentIDX gives real estate agents and brokerages three core capabilities: live IDX search widgets, automated home valuation widgets, and a developer REST API backed by a direct MLS data connection.
How accounts work
Every account starts with a plan tier (Starter, Pro, or Brokerage) and one included MLS board connection. From there you can:
- Connect additional MLS boards for an additional monthly fee.
- Create and configure any number of embed widgets from your dashboard.
- Add the Automated Home Valuation (AHV) add-on for lead capture through valuations.
- Generate API keys for custom integrations from the Developer section.
The account flow
- Sign up at easyagentidx.com.
- Request your first MLS board from the dashboard. Approval typically takes 3-14 business days.
- Once approved, create a widget and configure its display settings.
- Copy the embed snippet and paste it on any page of your website.
