Market Counter Widget

The Market Counter Widget displays a single animated statistic from your live MLS data. Use it to show social proof or market context on any page of your site.

What it displays

Choose one of three statistics:

• Active listing count - the number of currently active listings in your defined market.
• Median list price - the median asking price across all active listings in your market.
• Median days on market - how long the typical listing has been active before going pending.

Configuration

• Market definition - scope the stat to a city name, a ZIP code, or a neighborhood. You can also leave it unscoped to include your entire board coverage area.
• Stat selection - choose which of the three stats to display.
• Label override - replace the default label text (for example, changing "Active listings" to "Homes for sale in La Jolla") with your own copy.
