Transfer Clients to EAI
Hand client subscriptions to direct EAI billing while coordinating the paid-through boundary.
An agency owner can start a direct handoff when clients should continue with EAI independently. A transfer includes the client account, service context and the steps the client must complete for direct billing.
Prepare and review the handoff
- Open Agency > Transfer clients to EAI.
- Select the clients and confirm their contact information.
- Add the handoff note and review the transfer details and service boundary.
- Confirm the transfer when the recipients and timing are correct.
Agency renewals stop at the reviewed boundary. Client service remains subject to the current paid-through date and completion of direct setup.
What the client completes
EAI emails the client a secure setup link. The client signs in through the supplied flow, reviews direct service terms and pricing, then adds and verifies their own payment method. Direct subscriptions use the terms and amounts shown in that flow, rather than the agency's wholesale rates.
Track completion
Review the transfer status in the agency workspace. A missing or uncompleted client payment setup can interrupt service at the paid boundary. Follow up with the client before that date and use the available transfer actions when an invitation needs attention.
Keep the client informed
Explain who will provide ongoing website support and which billing relationship is changing. The transfer does not automatically move your agency's separate website hosting or other services.
