Search Widget

The Search Widget is a full-featured property search experience that lets visitors filter listings by location, price, beds, baths, property type, and status. Results display in a responsive grid or list layout.

Configuration options

• Default location - pre-fill the search field with a city, ZIP code, or neighborhood.
• Filter visibility - show or hide the price, beds, baths, property type, and status filters.
• Result count per page - choose 10, 20, or 50 results per page.
• Layout - switch between a grid layout (3 columns) and a list layout with larger photos.

Lead capture gate

Enable the lead capture gate to require visitors to provide their email address before viewing the full results. You can choose to gate after the first page of results or immediately. Captured emails are saved to your leads dashboard and optionally routed to your CRM via webhooks or Zapier.

Visitor registration

Pro and Brokerage plans can require visitors to create an account to save searches and favorites. Registered visitor data (name, email, saved searches, listing views) appears on their lead profile in your dashboard.
