Agency Branding and Portal Domains

Configure your agency logo, colors and supported custom portal domain.

White-label features are included with the approved Agency Partner account. Configure your agency identity in the branding controls available from your Agency dashboard.

Add your brand

1. Upload your agency logo and favicon.
2. Set the supported agency name and brand colors.
3. Review the preview and save the settings.
4. Check the resulting portal and supported branded communications.

Use clear logo files that work at small sizes. Brand assets for promoting EAI products are available separately in Partner Resources.

Set a custom portal domain

1. Enter the domain or subdomain in the custom-domain field.
2. Follow the DNS instructions displayed for that exact domain.
3. Save the requested DNS records at your domain provider.
4. Use the status control to check verification and certificate readiness.
5. Open the completed HTTPS portal and verify its branding.

DNS changes can take time to appear. Use the instructions generated in your account rather than a copied DNS target from another agency.

Client websites and Demo Sites

Your portal domain, a client's licensed website and your agency Demo Site serve different purposes. Configure client domains through their website setup. Configure the Demo Site domain under Demo Site > Settings.
